With over thirty five years experience, Andy Alvis trained at Bournemouth Lansdowne College where he was awarded the Hotel Chefs Diploma. He has drawn on his experiences of working in Michelin starred hotels across France, the Channel Islands and indeed prestigious hotels along the South coast to create delicious food of the highest standard.

  Nothing less than perfection will suffice.

Our purpose built kitchens are based at Danestream Farm, Sway Road, New Milton, which makes us ideally placed for events in the New Forest and further afield.
