We have been busy making one of our best sellers - fish pie.
It is always a favourite with our customers, particularly because there are quite a few stages to making a tasty fish pie, it is quite time consuming if you are cooking it from scratch.
We fill the dish with `a mix of salmon, cod & haddock.
Then we pour in a cream sauce and top off with grated potato which gives a lovely crispy topping when it is cooked.

Defrost in the fridge overnight and cook in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 150°/160°
