Roasted Vegetables bound in a Tomato sauce, Layered with Lasagne Sheets and topped with a Cheese Sauce.

Ingredients:

Cheese Sauce ( MILK, Cheddar Cheese(MILK), Wheat flour

(WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin),

Butter (MILK), Wholegrain Mustard ( White Wine Vinegar,

 Black MUSTARD Seed , Water, Spirit Vinegar, MUSTARD

 Flour, salt, Sugar, Cinnamon Powder, Pimento Powder,

Tumeric powder),Lasagne sheets( 40%) (Semolina ( Durum WHEAT )

Courgette (10%), Aubergine (10%), Leeks (10%),

Peppers (10%), CELERY (10%), Onions(10%),

Mixed Herbs ( Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Oregano, Sage, Basil ),

Tinned Plum Tomatoes ( Tomato ,Tomato Juice,

 Acidity Regulator ( Citric Acid )

Tomato Purée (Tomato Puree, Acidity Regulator  Citric Acid ), Garlic, Salt, Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

To cook from defrosted.  Defrost overnight in fridge.

Pre-heat oven 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.  

Remove outer packaging.

Remove film lid, place container on baking tray in middle

of oven and cook for 30-40 mins. or until heated thoroughly.

To cook from frozen: Remove outer packaging. 

Cook as above in a pre-heated oven 160C/325F/gas Mark 3

for 45-50 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

These temperatures act only as a guide as oven

temperatures vary.

Not Suitable for cooking in microwave

If defrosted, do not refreeze.
