Flour, salt, Sugar, Cinnamon Powder, Pimento Powder,
Tumeric powder),Lasagne sheets( 40%) (Semolina ( Durum WHEAT )
Courgette (10%), Aubergine (10%), Leeks (10%),
Peppers (10%), CELERY (10%), Onions(10%),
Mixed Herbs ( Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley, Oregano, Sage, Basil ),
Tinned Plum Tomatoes ( Tomato ,Tomato Juice,
Acidity Regulator ( Citric Acid )
Tomato Purée (Tomato Puree, Acidity Regulator Citric Acid ), Garlic, Salt, Pepper
To cook from defrosted. Defrost overnight in fridge.
Pre-heat oven 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
Remove outer packaging.
Remove film lid, place container on baking tray in middle
of oven and cook for 30-40 mins. or until heated thoroughly.
To cook from frozen: Remove outer packaging.
Cook as above in a pre-heated oven 160C/325F/gas Mark 3
for 45-50 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
These temperatures act only as a guide as oven
Not Suitable for cooking in microwave
If defrosted, do not refreeze.
