Cauliflower Cheese with a Citrus Herb Breadcrumb Crust.
WHEAT Flour, MILK, MUSTARD
Cauliflower (55%), Cheese Sauce( 45%)( MILK, Cheddar Cheese(MILK), Wheat flour
(WHEAT Flour,Calcium Carbonate,Iron,Niacin,Thiamin),
Butter(MILK), Wholegrain MUSTARD ( White Wine Vinegar,
Black MUSTARD Seed (30%), Water, Spirit Vinegar, MUSTARD
Flour, salt, Sugar, Cinnamon Powder, Pimento Powder, Tumeric powder),
Breadcrumbs (Wheat flour(WHEAT Flour,Calcium Carbonate,
Iron,Niacin,Thiamin) Onion, Butter (MILK), Lemon Zest, Pepper
To cook from defrosted. Defrost overnight in fridge.
Pre-heat oven 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
Remove outer packaging.
Remove film lid, place container on baking tray in middle
of oven and cook for 30-40 mins. or until heated thoroughly.
To cook from frozen: Remove outer packaging.
Cook as above in a pre-heated oven 160C/325F/gas Mark 3
for 45-50 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
These temperatures act only as a guide as oven
Not Suitable for cooking in microwave
If defrosted, do not refreeze.
